Shipping times and costs vary according to your location. For national deliveries (Italy) we estimate 7-10 working days, and 10-15 working days for international deliveries.

Each print is packaged individually and securely so as to ensure there is no damage in transit, sent flat in resistant cardboard covers.

Once payment has been successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.

The items will be sent via national or international insured shipping, where possible. Shipping costs vary according to your location.

The purchaser is responsible for all customs fees, VAT costs and any other taxes accrued regarding the purchase.

The company will not be responsible for any delay due to an incorrect or inexact postal address, or due to national holidays or any other unforeseen issue.

You may return your purchase up to 7 days after arrival. To return or exchange an item, send us an email at giulio@giuliobonasera.com with your order number, details of the item and the reason for returning. We will then get in contact to proceed with the return. All costs related to shipping, fees or taxes must be paid by the sender. We will issue a refund once the item has been received undamaged. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
